(i) Should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. (ii) Should be able to design and develop websites on own. (iii) Should have skills with adobe suit (specifically adobe muse or Dreamweaver and adobe Photoshop). (iv) Should have good interviewing skills and should be able to conduct interviews with rural entrepreneurs in minimum English and Hindi languages. (v) Should have Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. (vi) Highly organized in both time and in resources; need to manage progress reports, timetables, financial budgets and accounting. (vii) Good report writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
(i) Divine Lab has been created to do research on the villagepreneurs ecosystem. (ii) This job will require the candidate to coordinate with different villagepreneurs across the country and provide assistance in conducting research activities, including planning, organizing, conducting, and communicating research studies within the overall scope of a research project. (iii) The Project Assistant is expected to create websites for different purposes and keep them updated on a daily basis. (iv) The key requirement from the Project Assistant is to understand the needs of villagpreneurs. (v) He/she will be expected to work with other creative people in the lab & the PI to come up with design solutions as mentioned above. (vi) The project assistant should be able create reports, tabulate project budget and coordinate with different departments of the institute. (vii) Therefore, Project Assistant should be able to do multitasking, work well under pressure, and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
