Qualification

Masters in Management / Finance / Commerce / CFA (Inter) Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in financial modeling and valuations Significant experience of working with senior-level positions collaborating with government departments/ agencies/ allied organizations/ Private sector/ venture Capitalists, along with a demonstration of fundraising for non-profit organizations shall be preferred.

Pay
Scale

Appropriate compensation will be provided with break up available with incubator as per IIML- Incubator’s policy and will be negotiable commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, NPS, medical insurance, mobile reimbursement etc. is being considered for the working executive as per policy of the Incubator. The Manger- Investments Analysis will be the key member of the incubator executive team, who will analyze, manage and create startup investment reports.

Analyze financial statements, forecasts and funding requirements of startups. Financial modeling and analysis. Enterprise Valuation (Pvt equity) Financial due diligence & Cap Table calculation Industry trend and data research & analysis Project Report writing and project presentations Knowledge & understanding of MCA compliances of startup investments Ability to read and evaluate Term Sheets and Share Holder Agreements Experience in working with senior management and startup founders. Excellent communication & presentation skills. Most important, should fit into the team behaviorally, technically, culturally while maintaining a high standard of ethics.
